Location
Best time
Visit after New Year's Day when crowds average only 80 people per session, compared to 250 (max capacity) before New Year's. Ice quality is better maintained with fewer skaters, making for a much more enjoyable experience.
Visitor tip
Book tickets online and add them to your digital Apple Wallet before arriving to skip entry lines. Arrive early to secure parking, as the lot fills quickly and street parking or paid lots nearby may eat into your 90-minute skating time.
Visitor tip
Bring hand sanitizer and avoid the restrooms if possible—multiple reviews cite them as extremely dirty. Pack layers since the venue operates outdoors and ice quality declines, making skating less efficient for warming up through activity.

Go after new years and only 80 people on average. Go before new years maxed out at 250 per session. Experience was excellent. Ice gets melted out after first 60 mins but excellent value. Staff is very nice too. No drama.
