• 💡Bring your own beverages and snacks. Alcohol is $9-$13+ per drink and food is significantly overpriced with low quality. Bars don't open until 4 PM (except poolside), so plan accordingly.
• 💡Pack your own pillows and bring extra blankets. Guest reviews report that room pillows and blankets are unusually small, even for queen beds.
• 💡Arrive early to avoid long elevator lines and crowded attractions like the lazy river, which is surprisingly shallow (around 3 feet) and gets congested quickly.
• 💡Families with young children should book during Spring SplashFest (March 5 - April 26) for free daily family events and character meet-and-greets included with your stay.
• 💡Note that the Flow Rider surf attraction is permanently closed. The family tube ride is worth the 10-20 minute wait, but avoid non-tube body slides as they can be uncomfortable on the back.
