Visitor tip
Bring a picnic and take advantage of the shaded seating areas and picnic tables — this is especially valuable since the park is free admission and allows you to stay for extended periods while keeping cool
Best time
Visit on hot days when the splash pad is most enjoyable and refreshing; the facility works best as a cooling-off spot during peak heat rather than on cooler days

Had a great time with the family. It's a very nice place to bring your kiddos. Has picnic tables under a shaded area for the parents who dont want to get wet.
