What you should know

Visitor tip Bring your own skates if possible — rental skates are reported to be worn down and in poor condition. If you must rent, budget an extra $6 and inspect them carefully before skating.
Best time Plan visits during weekday morning sessions (Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:30pm) for a less crowded, more relaxed experience. Avoid peak evening and weekend times when crowds are larger.
Visitor tip If booking private lessons, confirm directly with instructors beforehand — reviews mention scheduling issues with lesson coordination and subcontracted coaches.

What visitors say

From my experience it was pretty decent. The rental skates are way too run down but if you bring your own skates you should be fine. Food is not fresh everything else was fine.
Fun experience though I am not an ice skater ⛸️ at all! I tried and glad I came :) 14$ to enter plus 6$ for the skate rental and you can pay for locker if wanted. The people were not the most friendly. The bathroom was decent.
Cheap and disorganized. Even private lessons could not be managed properly.when we show up our coach Ruslan simply forgot about our lesson. The company said they have no control over their subcontractors. Skates are old and destroyed.
