Plan your train ride visit for any day except Sunday - the museum is closed Sundays, but if you want the full experience including the train rides (regular season or haunted Halloween version), visit Tuesday-Saturday. Train rides last about 15 minutes with knowledgeable local guides.
Visitor tip

This was an awesome experience!! My family and I enjoyed!! The actors did an amazing job!! You could even roast marshmallows and make s’mores and get a free psychic reading(Make sure you tip her)
My grandson and I had a great time.All of the staff was so friendly and the train ride was awesome.Loved the Halloween mining,he got small skulls,pumpkin,spider as well as gems.
We've been here several times, this time was on a Sunday and the museum is closed on Sunday. But the trails are open. They are not extra steep or difficult and not very long, but you probably want better shoes than flip flops or…
