The Bank Heist room features physical challenges including climbing and crawling in darkness, so ensure your group can handle these activities. Players with mobility issues or hearing difficulties may find some puzzles challenging (the telephone prop is very quiet).

Ask the gamemaster for clarification on physical puzzle instructions (like vault box key orientation and directional terminology) early on to avoid losing 5-10 minutes to trial-and-error. The room design is excellent but some puzzle mechanics benefit from clear explanation upfront.
