Visitor tip
The outdoor playground is ideal for burning off excess energy between indoor exhibits—plan to use it as a mid-visit break rather than saving it for the end to keep children engaged throughout your visit.
Best time
The water tables and water area are popular attractions—visit on weekday mornings if possible to avoid crowds and get more uninterrupted time at these hands-on stations.
Visitor tip
Don't skip the actual train car/caboose exhibit—it's a unique hands-on experience that combines play with learning and appeals to a wide age range from toddlers to older children.
