What you should know

Visitor tip Arrive early and call ahead to confirm the rink is open. Multiple visitors found the rink unexpectedly closed without notice, and hours may be shortened with low skater attendance.
Visitor tip Arrive early to secure skate-aid rentals ($1 each), as they operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and are essential for young children learning to skate.
Visitor tip Bring warm layers and plan for outdoor seating only—there is no indoor seating available. Benches and a fireplace are present but not reliably heated, so dress warmly.

What visitors say

Tried to visit on Saturday, December 6th at 7:03pm. No lights, doors closed, nobody there. No notice posted anywhere. Utterly disappointed. Update: returned Saturday, December 13th at 5:23pm. Still no sign of anyone.
The rink is first come, first serve towards admission. It is a good day for ice skating! (Even if it is slightly drizzling.) THERE ARE NO INDOOR SEATS!!! (Even though there are benches and a fire place 🤔😡😭) You can drop your shoes…
Just opened today and it was great rink to enjoy. Thank you Mishawaka department of parks and recreation!
