What visitors say
The museum was closed when we stopped, but we did snap these pictures of the bridge. Supposedly it’s one of the most photographed bridges in Maine due its use in calendars and such. For just the bridge, it can be a quick stop.
The museum was closed when we went but the bridge is a cute little scenic area. Went across the street and looked at the dam. The bridge is rated for "five people" and you can feel every little bit of movement, wobbly but safe.
What a wonderful and special memory this space will always hold in my heart!! The love of my life asked me to marry him on that bridge. I said YES!❤️❤️
