Visitor tip
Visit the Shaker Mercantile Store (Friday-Sunday, 11am-4pm, no ticket required) and Village Cafe (daily, 11am-4pm) - the store offers local honey, spices, and gift items, while the cafe serves gourmet sandwiches and kid-friendly options, making it easy to extend your stay.

What visitors say

One of the few places I hadn’t visited in The Berkshires and I was glad I finally did. Something for everyone of all ages here. Every aspect of the museum was perfectly curated, from the blending of contemporary art installations…
Loved it, makes me want to be a Shaker! Very kind and welcoming staff. Beautiful property, interesting exhibits, adorable animals. Highly recommend to go early when not crowded and can take your time as we did.
