Great concept but filthy. Bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Roof leaking everywhere with buckets full of water everywhere kids are running. One worker running the whole building on a weekend with multiple birthdays.
This is a parent's best friend/deal .. Open from 11am-8pm Thursday -Sun. For $14 per child ..go at 11am play hard ( and they will lol) go home have lunch and nap or whatever..you can go back no extra charges and play til dinner or close…
I'm still waiting on my $150 refund from August. No returned calls or email. Only Mary who answers the phone stating she has passed the message to the managers over and over. The birthday party was at the Louisville, Ky location so why…
