• 💡The water park is excellent for young children with dedicated kiddie areas. If staying in condos, request a unit close to the water park and dining to minimize walking with small kids, and confirm adequate lighting on stairways beforehand.
• 💡Contact the front desk in person rather than by phone—multiple guests reported unanswered phones. Plan to visit the front desk office directly (about 2 miles away) for any issues or requests during your stay.
