• Check the events page regularly for upcoming pop-up events and special programming. The Center actively schedules community events and free play opportunities that rotate, so planning ahead ensures you don't miss offerings.
• Plan separate visits or extended time if visiting with mixed-age children. The Discovery Play Area (ages 0-12) and STEM Discovery Lab (ages 10+) cater to different developmental levels, so families with young toddlers and older children may want to focus on one area per visit.
• Arrive during off-peak times to fully engage with the hands-on exhibits. Since all exhibits are fully interactive with limited space for simultaneous participation (robotics, engineering, art studios), visiting on weekday mornings or during non-school hours allows children more hands-on time with each activity.
