Nice facility. They really need a new speaker system. Or you just can't hear the announcer. Heck maybe they don't have an Announcer. I don't know
It's unfortunate of the lay out with entry/ concessions. It would seem like an opportunity to expand or move this area outside of the entrance... Or if it has to stay there some form of line control.
