Best time
Visit on weekday mid-week public skate sessions for a less crowded experience with better ice conditions. Sunday public skate is only 1:30-2:50pm, so plan accordingly.
Visitor tip
Bundle up! The arena runs noticeably colder than other rinks in the area with no air conditioning, so wear warm layers, gloves, and warm socks. Children and beginners should consider wearing snow pants for cushioning against falls.
Visitor tip
The facility provides learning aids like milk crates and support devices for beginners, plus helmets are available. Ask staff about these when renting skates for first-timers.

My husband and I found this place while visiting family in Maine.... We had such a great time during the mid week public skate. There were a few people there and they had the radio playing. It was so fun! A nice little break in the day. 💝
Nice two rink facility, complete working pro shop, snack bar (cash only) and vending machines. There is an ATM near the pro shop door, so your can get cash for the snack bar here There is a neat display of team hockey pucks donated by…
Hall was so nice, I went there for just 20min because they are only operating 1:30-3pm He let me try skating 😊 the skates tho are used and not good to use, but if you just came for experience then you’ll be fine.
