Best time Visit during the last 10-20 minutes of public skate sessions to enjoy significantly less crowded ice and a much better skating experience, as reviews consistently mention overcrowding as a major issue during regular hours.
Visitor tip Bring multiple layers and warm clothing for spectating, as the downstairs rink is particularly cold. If watching from the upper rink, the snack bar with TV seating provides a more comfortable viewing area.

What visitors say

I started ice skating recently and wanted to try out this place. It was my first time here and it was amazing. I had lots of fun. It wasn’t too crowded and the rentals were good for the price. I would definitely go again.
I love to skate but don’t go as much as I would love because it’s so crowded. There seems to be no limit of people allowed on the ice during Public Skating. It seems like a safety hazard to me. There’s so many people with varied skating…
A good place to watch family members learning to pay hockey! Wrap up warm if you're spectating!
