💬Arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and entry, then check in at Guest Services Desk (Zone B, Level 1) exactly 15 minutes before your scheduled encounter time. Guests arriving after the start time will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund or reschedule option.
💬Bring proof of age (birth certificate or passport) and leave your cell phone behind, as both are required for participation. Remember that all animal encounters are opt-in, so actual participation with animals cannot be guaranteed.
