• 💡Arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and entry, then check in at Guest Services Desk (Zone B, Level 1) exactly 15 minutes before your scheduled encounter time. Guests arriving after the start time will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund or reschedule option.
• 💡Bring proof of age (birth certificate or passport) and leave your cell phone behind, as both are required for participation. Remember that all animal encounters are opt-in, so actual participation with animals cannot be guaranteed.
• 💡If you need to reschedule your encounter, you can do so by calling 844-474-FISH (3474) with at least 24 hours notice. This flexibility allows you to adjust plans without losing your booking.
• 💡Parking for one car is included with Shark & Ray In-Water Encounter, Hippo Encounter, and Sea Turtle Encounter packages, making these experiences particularly good value if parking is a concern.
