• 🕐Arrive 30 minutes early to avoid crowds in changing rooms and locker areas, especially on weekends. Family changing rooms have long wait times, so arriving early gives you better access.
• 💡Complete all requirements and pay online before arrival to speed up check-in. Bring a bag for wet clothes, extra dry clothes, and easy-to-remove shoes (flip-flops, crocs, sandals). No ATM on-site, so bring cash if you need a $5 locker deposit.
• 💡Water slides require no buckles or goggles worn on face—store goggles in locker or around your neck. Red slide leads to deep pool (13+ feet), while purple and yellow slides go to shallow pool (4 feet). Minimum 4 feet tall and under 250 lbs. to use slides.
• 💡For families with young children, arrive 30 minutes before closing to avoid rush hour in family changing rooms and enjoy less crowded pools. The facility has excellent lifeguard coverage across all 6 pool sections and offers free life vests for non-swimmers.
• 💡Water float tubes for the wave pool are first-come, first-serve and set out about 10 minutes before pool opens. The wave pool reaches up to 7 feet deep and is a major attraction—arrive early to secure a tube for better enjoyment.
