Visitor tip Bring siblings or family members who don't skate — the arcade and concession stand are specifically mentioned as great ways to keep non-skaters entertained during hockey games and practice sessions
Best time Ice quality varies throughout sessions (described as perfect 9 out of 10 times but can get choppy), so visit during earlier time slots when the ice is freshly resurfaced for the best skating conditions
Visitor tip The pro shop focuses primarily on hockey equipment with limited figure skating supplies, so bring your own specialty items if you skate figure or freestyle

What visitors say

Fun spot to go! My wife enjoys skating here, although she does not know skating yet. Convenient location ample parking place. Fun times…!
My son has played on both rinks - not too cold, nice stands. They have a great concession stand with plenty of options and a wonderful arcade to keep siblings entertained while the team plays.
We got kicked out from Hershey Giant Center and Hershey Park Arena without any reason. Well, that's for good! Because we are very happy and lucky, we found amazing coach at Twin Ponds at best time with a great atmosphere and cool level…
