Visitor tip
Dress warmly with hats, gloves, and warm socks - multiple visitors recommend bundling up for comfort during your session.
Best time
Go during off-peak times to enjoy the rink when it's not too crowded, which will make for a more pleasant experience given the venue's ice maintenance issues.
What visitors say
It's fun, not too crowded. Take hats and gloves. I think they should scrape the ice more often. But still great fun
Skates are a wreck, and the ice has a mix of rock to it from the surrounding lot. If this is your first experience skating, you're going to have a bad time! While it's cheaper than the white water center, spend the extra $10 per person…
The ice was awful, skates really cheap and hurt your feet. We were 4 skaters and all 4 of us had to get the skates off. We used to go there and used to be pretty good. Now I do not recommend going there any more.
