Best time Book a weekday reservation (Monday-Friday) to secure a specific time slot and avoid crowds. Five sessions run daily from 8:30am-6:00pm, with morning slots (8:30-10:00am) typically being quietest for a more relaxed experience.
Visitor tip Leave strollers at home if possible—the venue is designed for active play and strollers can limit maneuverability in the immersive exhibits. Bring outside drinks to stay hydrated, but note that no food is allowed in the play area.
