What you should know

Best time Visit on a non-camp day to experience the full museum atmosphere. Reviews note that Art Camp days cater heavily to K-5 activities, which may limit the exhibit experience for other visitors.
Visitor tip Plan your visit around rotating exhibitions and seasonal events like the Festival of Trees (holiday season) and special impressionism displays. The museum's appeal varies significantly based on current exhibits, so check ahead.
Visitor tip Don't miss the historic church building attached to the museum—reviewers consistently praised its beauty as part of the overall experience. It's an architectural gem worth exploring.

What visitors say

Wonderful place to visit. The Christmas tree display was fun and free to view.
Not many exhibits or a ton of historical information...maybe I missed something. I went on a camp day so the atmosphere seemed to be catered for k-5 education/activities. Plenty of room for more elaborate exhibits and show rooms. I'll…
Its free and both times I have went thwy had different events. First time they had alot of Christmas trees with a scavenger hunt. The second time was the Impressionism display. Both events were enjoyable to see!!
