💡 Did You Know?
- Kalahari Indoor Waterpark features over 8,000 square feet of waterpark space with 15+ slides, an indoor wave pool, lazy river, and outdoor hot tubs, all operational year-round
- The park offers both day passes and overnight resort packages where guests can access the waterpark from 10:00am on check-in day until close on check-out day
- Complimentary U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available first-come, first-served throughout the park, with multiple height requirements (48" for thrill rides, 42" for family rides, 36" for kiddie area)
- The resort features African Safari theming throughout the property with on-site amenities including arcade, climbing activities, and multiple dining options, with new additions under development
💬 What Visitors Say
- Book reserved tables away from the wave pool area if you want a quiet spot to relax—tables near the wave pool are loud with music and videos. The quieter side of the park near the swim-up bar offers better conditions for reading or taking breaks.
- Master Blaster is a must-do slide that stands out from typical water park rides—it functions like a roller coaster water slide and is consistently mentioned as a visitor favorite.
- Plan to arrive early or purchase day passes in advance to avoid long check-in lines. The park has plenty of open tables and seating available if you arrive before peak times.
- Young children under 48" can enjoy plenty of attractions—complimentary life jackets are available throughout the park (first-come, first-served), and the kiddie area has activities like basketball, swimming, and multi-person rides that small children can enjoy with adults.
- Be aware that certain extreme rides require you to leave phones, water shoes, and necklaces at the top of the stairs—only pack items you're willing to leave behind or plan to use a locker ($17-$27 depending on size).
