What you should know

Visitor tip Book animal interaction add-ons (sloth holding, kangaroo cuddles) at the time of reservation, not on arrival day, as these experiences fill up quickly and may sell out.
Best time Visit on a weekday (Thursday or Friday) when crowds are lighter, as weekend tours tend to fill up faster. Also check the Bedners location which has a separate petting zoo open Saturdays and Sundays if you want alternative timing options.
Visitor tip Bring children ages 5+ for the best experience, as most hands-on activities are geared toward this age group. The venue is particularly rewarding for young kids who enjoy interactive animal encounters like feeding goats and touching sloths.
