What visitors say
Pleasant park with interesting artifacts. Multiple indoor displays. (Try to arrive when they are open.). If you arrive when they are closed, you can see the outdoor displays. Picknick tables if you want to eat. The park is small—still fun.
I love that they let you walk through most of it even when they're not there. Some real cool trains to see! Though I'd like to suggest that they put out a locked donations box for those who'd like to donate when staff isn't around. We…
Even though it was closed when we came, it was still a nice spot to walk around for about a half hour. It was bigger than we thought it would be. Worth the stop if you have a train lover in the family.
